For centuries people have used images to display their intention for all to see, but, as with any new era, new phenomena appear in the form of tattoo lettering. Italic tattoo lettering is one of the hundreds of font styles for you to choose from. But the italic font is one that shows the class and most of the way really nice to express yourself.




Popular, but personally, the way that many people choose to enter a letter into the tattoo is to have it in or accompanying the tattoo. That way you can feature the best of both worlds in one tattoo and still have personal meaning you want.




While the most popular and often think of the color that will be used is black, do not limit yourself. Although there are quite a lot of tattoo supplies are made to be used in place of the tattoo and the industry as a whole, for a beginner, there are only a few tattoo supplies to their concerns. In this article, a review will be made from these stocks with a description of their basic use and function. The cat teaches us that the physical and spiritual worlds are not separate, but one.The Ancient Celts believed that the cat will brings us to wholeness and acts as a spiritual link between humans and the universe.  In the Celtic world black cats were considered evil, and were sacrificed. However, the Celtic cat received much respect. Other mythic reference to cats is, that they are able to shapeshift into a ball of fire. Cats have been linked with mystery, spirituality and seduction since the days of the ancient Egypt.

shin and lower leg tribal tattoo design

Hi!

A quick update on the tattoo design I showed you earlier. It's the lower leg tattoo (knee to ankle) in a tribal mixed style. I really enjoyed this design for some reason. It has a great symmetry, which makes the tattoo look nice and clean. This morning I finished the first pencil sketch and sent it to my customer.

I'm also working on a large number of tattoo designs for my portfolio.
If everything works out, I'll upload the new designs to my webshop in March or April.
The plan is to have around 30 or 40 new images that can be purchased online. The first 5 sketches have already been drawn and worked out. The first tattoos are for the forearm and have some nice realistic feathers incorporated.

Celtic Luckenbooth Brooch

Luckenbooths were shops in Edinburgh,  they were the first permanent shops that housed jewellery workers and other trades in the city. The Luckenbooth Brooch is worn as a symbol of eternal love in Scotland, dating back to the 17th century it was traditionally exchanged between lovers on betrothal. The crown is symbolizing loyalty. It has figures very similar to the Claddagh Ring, and a similar purpose of being a love token. The luckenbooth brooch is probably the most romantic and lovely type of brooch in Scotland's history,  a timeless symbol of young love's promise. From the eighteenth century forwards small plain heart shaped brooches were worn to protect against evil spirits, the evil eye. Even today it is still a very popular gift for weddings for many Scots.  

The Mystique Of The Maze Patterns

Maze designs  (also called Key Patterns) are designs that have paralell lines in them so that they create a maze. These patterns look almost like angular spirals, may range from a few simple turns to complex labyrinth type designs and associated with the goddess. tribal kirituhi tattoo for the lower leg

Hi!

At the moment I'm working on a really nice project, a lower leg tattoo in a tribal mixed style. Some kirituhi koru shapes and other tribal patterns and some of my own style.
I think a symmetrical tattoo looks really great on the calf, here are the first images:
















The design is around 30 cm high and the circumference is 23 cm at the bottom and 30 cm at the widest part.

high resolution polynesian tribal tattoo designs

Hi There,

I finished a few designs that I showed you last week. The first one is the polynesian mask design. A symmetrical piece with a nice face and lizard in the design. Here's the high resolution image:














The second design is a really large shoulder and chest tattoo, it has many styles in it, some Kirituhi, polynesian and some "storm3d" fantasy.
I took me quite some work to get this one uptimized. It was originally drawn on 2 pieces of A3 size paper (200g/m2).
I scan it on an A4 scanner, so I had to glue 4 pieces together into one and line it up perfectly.

New tribal tattoo designs

Hi,

I haven't posted my sketches for some time, because of some health issues.
But I wanted to show you some nice tattoo designs in polynesian style and mixed tribal style.

The first design is a symmetrical tattoo piece for the upper shoulder. A polynesian mask image. I'm still working on the sketch, but here's a picture of the design till now.














The second one is quite a large design for the chest and upperarm. It almost completely wraps around the upper arm and shoulder. Then it runs to the chest and it also covers a small area on the back.
A few weeks ago I received a phone call from an Israelien tattoo shop, with the question if I could design a large piece in this mixed tribal style.
Here's a photo of the sketch. I kept part of the tattoo in symmetry, because otherwise it would loose its balance and get really messy.






When these tattoo images are finished, I'll post the high resolution images and show you what I will be working on in the upcoming weeks.
